the name for 'smaakkamer lavendel' was invented at caramel's think tank. instead of the word restaurant we used 'smaakkamer' and the name 'lavendel' (lavender) symbolizes the goal to satisfy all your senses, just as the plant that embodies a beautiful scent, sight and colour. the interior design is simple, but luxurious and warm at the same time.
